(1) Product Introduction
The ZDHD-ZQJZD tilt accelerometer is a triaxial tilt and vibration monitoring sensor that integrates data acquisition, wireless communication, power supply, and self-protection. Its main function is to real-time measure changes in tilt and vibration.
(2) Working Principle
It integrates a triaxial MEMS acceleration sensor, a magnetic declination sensor, and a positioning module to monitor acceleration and angle changes in real time. It can perceive changes in overall attitude through angle changes or acceleration changes.
(3) Product Features
① The shell is made of high-strength, anti-aging materials, which can be used in the field for a long time to perform uninterrupted measurements;
② Operating temperature range: -40℃～+85℃, with temperature compensation;
③ Lightning protection and anti-static performance (±60kV/600W);
④ Adopting an integrated structural design with a fully sealed structure, the overall protection level reaches IP68, making it suitable for harsh natural environments in the field;
⑤ It can collect multiple monitoring elements, including triaxial tilt, tilt angle, azimuth, vibration frequency, amplitude, battery voltage, ambient temperature, GPS+Beidou dual-mode positioning information, etc., which greatly increases the correlation of collected data and facilitates subsequent data analysis;
⑥ It supports trigger-based collection. When the sensor tilts or vibrates, it can immediately collect data and send an alert. It can be used to study motion patterns, monitor and warn, and prevent on-site theft.
